Brindisa Sanmarti Fideu Pasta 250g
Catalan Spain has been cooking with pasta since it was introduced by the Moors a thousand years ago. Fideu are thin, short strands of pasta. Sanmartí make some of the best. Artisan pasta makers since 1700, Sanmartí use only top-grade durum semolina flour and mineral water drawn from local hot springs. These Fideu noodles are often used to make a seafood dish - “Fideuà”. Similar to paella, fideuà also originates on the Valencia coast, and is equally delicious.
