A light wafer biscuit with a hint of seaweed saltiness, these are perfect with our buttery Single Double Gloucester cheese, mild, creamy Adlestrop or nutty Comte. Delicious with our creamy smoked salmon pate and a glass of Chateau Leoube Rose. With organic non-homogenized milk from our grass pastured British Friesian cows, the organic creamery on our farm make award winning organic cheese by hand using traditional, artisan method.
